A run of one-off machined parts for a small equipment maker. Brief, material and finish agreed up front, then made and checked in-house before delivery.

Custom enclosure — a considered housing for an equipment assembly.
Folded and welded steel with a powder-coat finish, built to house a client’s control equipment and sized to the space it had to fit.

Workshop workbench — a practical platform for the work ahead.
A heavy-duty steel bench made to a customer’s drawing, with a replaceable top and storage sized to their tools. It is now a standard product you can order.

We brought a sketch and a problem. LUMA helped us define the part, agreed the material and finish, then machined it exactly as quoted.
The enclosure fitted first time and the finish was better than the drawing suggested. Straightforward to deal with from brief to delivery.
Hiring the magnetic drill for a week saved us buying one. Booked online, ready when we arrived, and someone walked us through it.
Build night was the best evening I have spent in a workshop. I left with a lamp I made myself and a skill I will use again.

Every job begins the same way: a short conversation about what you need, what it is for and how it should be finished, before we quote or cut anything.
01 Tell us what you need
Fill in the form. A sketch, a sample or a few sentences is enough to start.
02 Talk it through
A short call or a visit to the workshop to confirm the use, materials, finish and quantities.
03 Brief and quote
A written brief and quote, so you know exactly what will be made and what it will cost.
04 We make it
Once approved we schedule the work, make it in-house and check it before it leaves.
